5. Shipping and Damages

1. Shipping Responsibility: We use reputable carriers to deliver products to your specified address. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added during checkout.
2. Coverage of Shipping-Related Damage:
   • Solar Lamps, Lanterns, and Certain Home Lighting Kits: Shipping-related damages that occur in transit for these products are covered by Agni Solar. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within the timeframe specified in your product manual or invoice for assistance.
   • Solar Cookers: Agni Solar does not cover shipping-related damages for solar cookers. Please inspect the cooker upon delivery and contact the shipping carrier directly in case of any transit damage claims.
3. Responsibility for Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery and reporting any damages or missing items promptly.

6. Return & Refund Policy

No Returns: Due to the nature of our products and their individual warranty provisions, all sales are final and there are no returns. If you have any questions or concerns about product functionality, please consult the product manual or contact our customer support for assistance under the applicable warranty terms.
