Ravi Pittie
Ravi Pittie is the visionary behind Agni Solar. With a B.S. Engineering degree from Michigan State University, USA, and an MBA in Finance from IME, Pune, Ravi has been a pioneer in the Indian solar energy sector since 1993. Under his leadership, Agni Solar has grown into a leading solar solutions provider.
His commitment to innovation and sustainability has earned him the '50 Most Influential Solar Leaders in India' award in 2018. Beyond his professional achievements, Ravi is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys playing the saxophone.
Shruti Chadha
Shruti Chadha brings a diverse and rich background to Agni Solar. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, USA, a PG Diploma in Advertising and PR Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India, and a Diploma in
Education.
Shruti’s expertise spans Corporate Communications, Teaching, and Volunteering, making her an invaluable asset to the company. Her leadership ensures that Agni Solar remains at the forefront of innovation and social responsibility.
Meet Our Team
Sameer Patel
Sameer Patel oversees the overall operations at Agni Solar. With over 15 years of experience across different industries, Sameer is dedicated to optimizing processes through lean manufacturing and analytics. His focus on minimizing wastage and enhancing productivity drives Agni Solar’s operational efficiency.
Before joining Agni Solar, Sameer was the Country Manager for AT&T in India. He holds a BS in Marine Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, USA.
Ajit Garad
Ajit Garad is the driving force behind customer satisfaction at Agni Solar. With more than 17 years of experience in the design and installation of solar water heating and PV systems, Ajit ensures that our customers receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.
His expertise extends to team management, purchasing, and customer handling. Ajit holds a degree in BE (Production) from the College of Engineering Osmanabad and is an outdoor enthusiast, often participating in trekking and marathons.
Mahesh Badgujar
Mahesh Badgujar leads project execution with a focus on innovation and excellence. He holds a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication and an M.Tech in Energy Technology from Birla Institute of Technology. Mahesh has extensive experience in designing and installing solar PV systems.
His passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with others makes him a key contributor to Agni Solar’s success. Mahesh is also an avid traveler, spreading his expertise across different regions.

A leading EPC player for industries, commercial buildings, as well as residential homes. Installed capacity exceeds 10 MW.
Solar Park
Agni Solar is setting up solar parks for open access solar power generation. This is especially useful for C&I customers with large power requirements to defray their electricity costs, contribute to reductions in carbon emissions and meet their net zero goals.
Off-Grid Solar
A wide range of products such as street lights, solar hubs, solar home systems with battery backup, and off-the-shelf products such as solar lanterns, torches, and mini home lighting systems. Agni Solar is a leading brand on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart for such products, with over 100,000 devices sold.
Water Heating
Complete turnkey installations for industrial process heat requirements as well as hot water for homes. Installed capacity exceeds 1 million liters per day.

Agni Solar operates and maintains its solar plants throughout their lifetime, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.
